This page is maintained by Synthera Peptides to answer common security and privacy questions about the authenticity verification site. It describes the controls we have in place today; it is not an independent certification.
Authenticity verification
QR codes printed on Synthera Peptides ampoules link to /verify. Batch lookups are performed on our server — the list of valid batch codes is not shipped to the browser. The page only returns whether the scanned code is a known batch and the public product details for that batch.
Admin tooling
QR code generation is an internal tool. Access requires an admin password that is validated server-side. The list of batches is never returned to a visitor without a successful password check.
Hosting & data handling
The site runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Verification requests are processed without creating customer accounts. We do not ask consumers for personal information to verify a product.
What you can do
If a scan returns "BATCH NOT FOUND", do not use the product and contact us. Counterfeit reports help us protect other customers.
